Free wellness program for people with eligible chronic diseases

Did you know Campaspe has a fully funded nurse mentor to help people with chronic diseases achieve their health goals? Nurse Helen Sinnott (pictured right) works alongside patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic heart disease and diabetes to navigate the obstacles that prevent them enjoying the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Helen has a holistic approach to chronic health conditions. As well as educating patients about their illness and ways to better manage it, she can also help with weight loss and sleep issues. She can assist patients to access free allied health services such as dietetics, psychology and exercise physiology.
